Marcy is a Colorado native who has  practiced law here for her entire 42 + year career. . She is a compassionate listener whose dedication to her clients, creativity and unparalleled work ethic make her a tireless advocate for her clients. Marcy takes a very hands-on, personalized approach to every case and endeavors to form a relationship with her clients based on trust, dignity and respect. She is sensitive and aware of the very difficult time her clients are going through and strives to approach each case in a way that protects her clients' interests and allows them to move on with their lives.

In her free time Marcy enjoys  travel, theatre, the Broncos,  the Colorado mountains, playing with her dogs Sophie and Belle and mostly, spending time with her wonderful family-- Husband Frank and daughter Marissa
