Marcy Rothenberg-Romer has handled numerous cases over the last 40 + years involving both high conflict situations, situations involving amicable resolution and everything in between. These include dissolution of marriage, legal separation, contested and non-contested custody matters, parental responsibility matters, child support matters, dependency and neglect matters, high conflict matters adoption,  same sex marriage/divorce, pre and post nuptial agreements, ect. Marcy has expertise in the area of Narcissitc Personal Disorder as well as addiction issues and other mental health issues. She is very dedicated to representing each and every client zealously and making sure that the process creates the least amount of stress as possible on her clients as well as any minor children involved given the difficult circumstances. Marcy treats each case individually as no two cases are alike and makes certain that all the many deadlines are met. She is assisted by her paralegal Paula King, who is highly qualified, has great attention to detail and is always there for our clients to assist them with the process as well. Marcy is passionate about making sure each and every client is treated in a respectful manner given the difficulty of their circumstances.
